SHIPPING POLICY
We are currently shipping to the following states:

- Massachusetts
- New Jersey
- New York
- Pennsylvania
- Rhode Island
- Virginia
- Washington DC
All orders will be processed within 48 hours of our emailed confirmation of your order (excluding weekends and holidays.) A second confirmation will be provided to you when the order has been processed, and another notification when the order has shipped.
All orders will be shipped using USPS, UPS or Federal Express. DiGiacomo Brothers Specialty Food Company is not responsible for any delays due to issues the carriers may experience, or to any delivery problems which are outside of our control.
Shipping charges for each order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. When the order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from DiGiacomo Brothers which includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have not received your order within two days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@digiacomobros.com with your name and order number.
For Local Delivery, orders will be delivered by DiGiacomo Brothers employees. All such orders will be processed within 24 hours of our confirmation of your order (excluding weekends and holidays). A confirmation will be provided when the order has been processed and the delivery date set. Typically, our local deliveries will arrive to you within 1 - 3 business days. Schedules for deliveries will be based on the most efficient routing, which will be created in our sole discretion.
