They are produced only using our best fruit and simmered in big casseroles in the open air, with the only addition of a small quantity of fructose to make them more pleasing to the palate; we obtain in this way a product with the taste and the original flavors of fresh fruit.

Recommended Use: This can be used as a finishing touch on bread and is excellent with aged cheeses and Italian Gorgonzola.
