Testun & Finocchietta Board
Testun al Barolo is a tremendously unique mixed milk cheese from Piemonte in the north of Italy. It takes the ubriaco style to new heights as the grape must of Barolo wine generously envelops the wheels as they age. Paired with a whole Salumeria Biellese Finocchietta Salame, which is an ideal size and texture to carve by hand, and accompanied by Spanish Marcona Almonds, Strawberry Balsamic Compote and Black Pepper Bruschettini, this board makes for an intimate experience.
