The Leoncini family roots are linked to Reggio Emilia Region famous for its gastronomic traditions.  The family members have been handling down the science and art of pork gastronomy from father to  son for many generations. 

Typical product of the Italian regional delicatessen-sector cooked in the oven without adding  coloring matters in accordance with the most ancient Emilian tradition. The cut is rose-colored with  a homogeneous distribution of white chipped back-fat.
